Anatomy of Li
A walk through Li — the Biospheric Coherence Index — and why listing is a Standard decision, not a score threshold.

Trust requires math you can inspect. Li is the Biospheric Coherence Index: a continuous measure of how coherently a hospitality operation functions in its place. Listing is separate. The Biospheric Standard is binary: Qualified or Not Yet Qualified. A high Li does not list a property.
Mandatory gates
Gates belong to the Standard: identity, evidence minimum, and critical safeguards. Certifications are evidence packages, not automatic qualification.
What Li asks
Place, Flows, Life, People — then coherence and evolution. Empty relationships do not punish a first snapshot. Failed untreated discharge can cap Li and block listing.
Delisting is a feature
If safeguards fail or eligibility lapses, the property leaves the marketplace. Inventory scarcity is intentional. Trust is the product.
